Code for Africa Now (CAN)

Code for Africa Now (CAN) is a social enterprise focused on transforming African communities through coding, robotics, Artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and technology in general. CAN’s transformative curriculum has an expanded vision that integrates arts and science producing real-world problem-solving participants. The programs at CAN welcome all ages of learners, starting from 5 years to all levels of professional developments. We offer both in-school and after school programs, as well as year-round engagements. Teamwork and creativity of the participants is critically emphasized in our programs.

Established in 2023, CAN has impacted over 500 learners in the under-served communities in Uganda We welcome opportunities to collaborate on programs or projects that leverage technology for societal impact, from digital public policy initiatives to coding and robotics programs aimed at empowering the next generation.
